These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the MyPattern website, including the early access and waitlist sign-up page (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by MyPattern, Inc. ("MyPattern," "we," "us," or "our").
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow users to sign up to receive updates about MyPattern, including early access, launch timing, availability, product news, and related communications, and to provide a way for users to contact MyPattern with questions or inquiries.
Joining the waitlist or requesting early access does not guarantee access to any product, feature, or service, and does not create any obligation for MyPattern to provide any product, feature, or service by any particular date or at all. MyPattern may, but is not obligated to, respond to inquiries submitted through the Site or to the contact information provided on the Site.
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age and where such use does not violate applicable law. By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are able to form a binding agreement with MyPattern. If you are under 18, you may not access or use the Site or provide any personal information through it. If we learn that we have collected personal information from anyone under 18, we will promptly delete that information.
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any unlawful manner;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or related systems;
- use any robot, scraper, crawler, or other automated means to access the Site, except as permitted by standard search engine practices;
- introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful code to the Site;
- or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the Site.
If you sign up through the Site, you agree that MyPattern may use the information you provide to manage the waitlist and send you communications about early access, launch updates, product news, availability, and related communications.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
By visiting the Site, you acknowledge that MyPattern uses cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies, including third-party visitor identification services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can manage your tracking preferences through the cookie settings banner on the Site.
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, designs, layout, and other content, is owned by or licensed to MyPattern and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms of Use, MyPattern grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Site for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, republish, or create derivative works from the Site or its content except with MyPattern’s prior written consent.
The Site may be made available through, linked from, or otherwise associated with third-party platforms or services, including Epic resources. MyPattern is not responsible for third-party platforms, websites, services, or content, and your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
The Site uses third-party analytics, advertising, and visitor identification technologies as described in our Privacy Policy. These third parties may collect information about your visit to the Site in accordance with their own privacy policies. MyPattern is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyPattern disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
MyPattern does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at any particular time, or that any information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyPattern and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site.
MyPattern may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time and without notice.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on the Site and update the "Last Updated" date above. By continuing to use the Site after updated Terms of Use are posted, you agree to the revised Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party submits to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
