This contest (the "Contest") issponsored by MyPattern, Inc. (“Sponsor"). MyPattern is a product of Sponsor

The Contest is open only to legalresidents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who areat least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor,its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, are noteligible to win.

Sponsor reserves the right toverify eligibility. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Byparticipating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and thedecisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating tothis Contest. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

At the conclusion of the ContestPeriod, the participant with the highest total verified point balance, asrecorded in the Viral Loops platform, will be declared the winner. In the eventof a tie, the tied participant who accumulated the tied point total earliest(based on timestamp of the point-earning activity) will be declared the winner.

Sponsor's determination of the winner is final.Sponsor reserves the right toaudit point totals prior to declaring a winner and may disqualify anyparticipant found to have used fraudulent, deceptive, or automated means toaccumulate points.

One (1) Grand Prize will beawarded: a $1,000 USD American Express Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value("ARV"): $1,000.00 USD.

The prize is non-transferable andmust be accepted as awarded. No cash equivalent or substitution of the prize ispermitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize ofequal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on theprize.

Total ARV of all prizes: $1,000.00USD.

The potential winner will be notified via email to the address provided at the time of waitlist registration within 10 business daysfollowing the end of the Contest Period. The potential winner must respond to the notification within 10 business days of notification. Failure to respond within the allotted time may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

No affidavit or separate release is required. By entering the Contest, participants have already agreed to the liability release set forth in Section 4.5. To receive the prize, the confirmed winner will only be required to verify their identity and eligibility upon request.

Sponsor will not publicly announce, identify, or otherwise disclose the winner’s identity without the winner’s express written consent. No promotional or marketing use of the winner’s name, username, likeness, or any other identifying information will be made in connection with this Contest or otherwise without the winner’s prior written consent.

If the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner cannot be contacted or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor reserves the right tocancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or anyother factor impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor inits sole discretion. In such an event, Sponsor reserves the right to awardprizes from among the eligible entries received up to the time of thecancellation, suspension, or modification.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries; (b) any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; (c) communications failures; (d) theft or destruction of entries; (e) unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; or (f) problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human, or electronic.

By entering this Contest, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.

Providing or adding an email to the Contest that is not yours for any purpose shall result in immediate disqualification from the Contest

Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to Sponsor's collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described therein.

In connection with this Contest, Sponsor and its service providers (including Viral Loops and Klaviyo) may collect and process the following data: referral link activity, share activity, point totals, and - for the winner only - identity verification information. This data is used solely for Contest administration and prize fulfillment and will be handled consistent with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Given the sensitive nature of MyPattern's subject matter (women's health), Sponsor is committed to handling all participant data with heightened care. Participation in this Contest does not require participants to share any health information, and no health data is collected as part of entry.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), X Corp. (X/Twitter), LinkedIn Corporation, WhatsApp LLC, Reddit, Inc., or any other social media platform through which entries may be shared. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to Sponsor, not to any social media platform.

The Viral Loops referral platform and Klaviyo email platform are used for Contest administration and tracking. These platforms are not responsible for the conduct of the Contest.

Except where prohibited, each participant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Contest will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and each participant submits to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Participant waives any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
